How long does a website take?
Most websites are completed within 5–7 days after I receive all required content. Timelines can vary depending on your package and how quickly I receive the details.
What's included in the £99 setup?
The one-off £99 fee covers the initial setup of your website. It applies to every package and is refundable if your website does not launch. The package details above show what's included each month.
Can I change packages later?
If your needs change, get in touch and I'll discuss the package that fits. I'll confirm what changes and when they take effect before updating your plan.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain name and the content you provide remain yours. I look after the website hosting and maintenance as part of your chosen package.
Can you update the website for me?
Yes. Ongoing support and updates are part of the service. The level of ongoing work depends on your package, with Growth designed for businesses that need more regular changes, promotions, landing pages and continued website development. If something falls outside the normal scope of your package, I'll always discuss it with you first.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time with 14 days' notice. Monthly fees already paid aren't refunded for a partial month. The Terms of Business explain what happens to your website after cancellation.
Are there contracts?
There are no fixed-term contracts or minimum commitment. You can cancel with 14 days' notice.
What happens after my website launches?
I continue to provide hosting, management, updates and direct support based on your package. You don't have to take on the technical side yourself.
